Data in booking requests
The booking form asks for your name and phone number; email is optional. It also sends the selected excursion or page title, page URL, language and, where shown, the excursion price. The message includes your confirmation of consent, this policy version and the submission date and time. Please do not enter payment card details, passport information or sensitive personal information in these fields.
Why we use the data
Booking request data are used to contact you, answer questions, clarify availability and arrange your requested excursion. The form checkbox records consent for this purpose. Your request may also require steps towards a booking or the performance of a booking; any applicable legal basis and mandatory retention obligations depend on the operator and applicable law.
