The Crocodile Show in Sharm El Sheikh is a thrilling live performance with Nile crocodiles. The Nile crocodile is one of the largest predators in Africa, reaching 6 metres in length and 700 kg in weight. Trainers work with crocodiles directly in front of the audience: opening their jaws, placing their heads inside, controlling the animals with voice and gesture. Costume show, oriental music, dancing. The Nile crocodile (Crocodylus niloticus) is one of the two largest crocodile species in the world. Adults reach 5–6 metres in length and 500–700 kg in weight. Nile crocodiles inhabit rivers and lakes in sub-Saharan Africa, including the Nile. They are among the most dangerous predators in Africa - and among the most impressive animals to observe.
The show lasts about 2 hours and consists of several parts. First part - live crocodile show: professional trainers demonstrate control over the animals, perform tricks, explain crocodile behaviour. Second part - costume performance with oriental music and dancing. Third part - option to be photographed with a crocodile (optional, extra charge).
All performances are conducted by professional trainers with years of experience working with crocodiles. Spectators are behind a safety barrier. Photography with a crocodile is conducted under strict trainer supervision.
